Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H specification No. 503 (Granular Surface) (Analysis)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H specification No. 503 (Granular Surface) (Analysis)

Providing & Laying of bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH (Tonnes Per Hour) hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crused aggregate of grading II (19 mm nominal size ) premixed with 80/100 (V G-30) @ 3.25% by weight of total mix ,transporting the mixed material from the hot mix plant to the work site and laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher (hydrostatic with sensor control ) to the required grade ,level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled 8-10 tonnes for initial break down rolling , vibratory rollor 8 tonnes for intermediate rolling and finish rolling 6-8 tonnes smooth wheeled tandem roller to achieve desired compaction and including supply of all material, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 504 of MORT & H specification and as per direction of E/I .(AR)

Providing & Laying bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crussed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with VG-30 @ 5.5 % of mixed and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,Laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT specification clause 509 complete in all respects.
