Providing and applying primer coat with 80/100 (VG 10) bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm. on the prepared bituminus/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including prsupply of all materials, labour ,T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work as per clause 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of E/I. Providing & Laying of bituminus macadam with 100-120 TPH (Tonnes Per Hour) hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crused agregate of grading II (19 mm nominal size ) premixed with 80/100 Bitumenus binder @ 3.25% by wieght of total mix ,transporting the mixed material from the hot mix plant to the work site and laid over a previously prepared surface with pver finisher (hydrostatic with sensor control ) to the required grade ,level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled 8-10 tonnes for initial break down rolling , vibratory rollor 8 tonnes for intermediate rolling and finish rolling 6-8 tonnes smooth wheeled tandem roller to achieve desired compaction and incuding supply of all materiak,labour,T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 504 of MORT & H specification and as per direction of E/I .(AR)

Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 (VG 10) betumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm. On the prepared betuminus/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom incuding supply of all materials,labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per the direction of E/I (AR).

Providing & Laying 25mm S.D.B.C. with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crussed aggregatesof specified grading ,premixed with bituminus binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mixed and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,Laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tendem rollers to achiev the desired compaction complete in all respacts dercted by engineer incharge.

Brick on edge floor with first class bricks laid on edge with brick edging on both sides i/c preparation of sub grade to prescribed camber &i/c supply of bricks,filling joints with sand filled i/c supply of all materials,labour,tools&plants etc. required for completion of the work. .[SI.No.615]

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.50 m and including filling , watering , and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engg-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m.

Concrete with 4 cm guage stone ballast , fine and of 1.25 fm and cement , in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and underfloors including supply of all materials , labour,tools & plants, etc required for proper completion of the work

Cement Concrete with 2 cm guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 Brick work in one cement & four FINE sand of 1.25 F.M mortar in foundation & plinth including suplly of all materials , labour , T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Stuck point with cement mortor consisting of 1part cement and2parts of fine sand of 1.25fineness modulas. Including supply of allmaterial, labourand T&P etc required for proper complection of the work.

R.C.C Work with cement,approved coarse sand & 2cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slabs exclud supply of reinforcement & its bending,but i/c its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.binding wire & i/c necessary centering & shuttering etc. & supply of all materials, labour ,T& P etc.required for proper completion of the work i/c cost of binding wire.The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.[SI.No.5.12 New Item-2018]

M.S.(tor steel or plain) in plain work such as R.C.C.or R.B.work i/c bending for proper shape & i/c supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks & auth orized overlapping shall be measured & i/c cost of binding wire. [SI.No.504]
