SH I - Dismentaling and Reinstallation of Existing Trolley Gate Dismentalling of existing trolley gate of length 56 Mtr and height 4 incuding concertina coil at top after that redesign, supply and installation /reinstallation of same length and height approx of 3.8 mtr trolley gate by modifying/replacing with the freash base frame,axcel,wheels, wheel track etc. by carrying out following worrks as per the enclosed specifications and drawings i/crequired fabrication works complete for smooth opeartion. The scope also includes supply of all additinal material required. The M.S material used shall be as per respective IS codes and as per the approved makes. The gate shall consist of 1 leaf suitable to close clear opening of 56 mtrs with height approx 4 mtrs from finished floor level (height includes height of wheels, gate frame and concerntena coil) to match with height of IAF boundary wall.The entire structure of the gate should withstand and remain stable at 47m/s wind velocity at Bareilly Airport. (1) Removing existing frame and making a new fresh new base frame by redesign and as per site requirement. (2)The gate shall be provided with suitable fresh wheels for noiseless operation. The bearings used shall be of reputed make or as recommended by the OEM. The overall dia of wheels shall not exceed 300 mm dia. With suitable size shaft and the wheels. (3)Suitable nylon rollers shall be provided in Guide posts and between leaves of gates for proper alignment and balancing of gate or as recommended by OEM. (4)Replacement of galvanized toothed afresh rack of suitable size - Min 56 Mtr. (5)A fresh new Bottom track of suitable size as per design for smooth movement of trolley gate- 230 mtr (6)Primer and painting of trolley gate. (7) The dismantled material in good condition except , base frame , track , wheels and motors shall be used for fabrication and All the remaining surplus dismantled material(old base frame, track, wheels and motors etc. )shall be measured, weighted and handed over to AAI. (8) The entire work has to be be completed by testing and commissioning after reinstallation of complete structures i/c motor and control panel by making provision of switches to operate the trolley gate in forward,reverse direction and stop by separate switch.The control switch shall be at AAI side and another remote operating switches/mechanism for IAF tower, complete in all respect to the satifaction of EIC. (Note: One suitable manual type geared mechanical arrangment is to be provided for openening and closing of the gate manually in case of failure of electrically operation of the trolley gate.)

Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of motorised automation system comprising of following machine and accessories suitable to operate the heavy MS trolley gate structure ( not less than 9000kg)for opening and closing length of 56 mtr in one go. (i) Two set of suitable capacity of Motor one as main and other as standby with control panel and radio receiver for AUTO DIAGNOSIS of all safety controls. (ii) Flashing Light 230V - 25 watts. (iii) Radio Transmiter ( Remote control unit ) including all accessories as required. (iv) Supplying and Laying of suitable size and length of power cable and their end termination the nearest LT panel at approx distance of 30 Mtrs. (v)Providing and installing control/ command switch(push button type) box with weatherproof enclosure near existing LT panel including spplying and laying and making connections from motor control unit to push button complete as required for the operation of trolley gate by push button.

SH II - Civil Work Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm
