Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474, including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Providing Consultancy services of a reputed geotechnical consultant and carrying out the Geotechnical Investigation/Sub-soil investigation and providing safe bearing capacity (SBC) of the soil at different depths along the full length for the construction of proposed boundary wall and submitting the necessary Geotechnical Investigation/Sub-soil investigation Report as per specifications of AAI/E-I-C at an interval specified by AAI/E-I-C. The contractor shall submit the Geotechnical Investigation/Sub-soil investigation report to the E-I-C within 15 days of start of work and AAI/E-I-C will provide the Structural drawing of boundary wall for the execution by Contractor within 15 days of submission of Soil Test Report. Various Critical points which shall be considered by AAI during structural designing: Structural designer of AAI will design the boundary wall after considering the Geotechnical Investigation/Sub-soil investigation report submitted by contractor and actual site conditions in full length of proposed boundary wall. If required, different design / drawings can be proposed for different lengths/sections of boundary wall, keeping-in-view of the : a. Different soil properties and different site conditions in different locations of boundary wall. b. Different earth pressure on either side due to difference in ground level on either side of boundary wall. c. Submerged condition of boundary wall due to heavy rains and stagnant water at the location of boundary wall, if any. d. Various security norms/guidelines/drawings of AAI/IAF prevailing at the time of designing . *Keeping-in-view of the above, design & drawing of boundary wall must be finalize in such a manner so that construction of boundary wall can be completed within the specified time frame. Necessary Provisions of MS Jali can be proposed at different locations if required for the drainage purpose of Rain Water. **On providing approved Structural Drawings by AAI, contractor shall submit 06 (Six) prints/sets of good for construction Drawings duly accepted and signed by the contractor to AAI/E-I-C.
