Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dust & vermin proof outdoor, IP-54, floor mounted feeder pillar of suitable size on cement concrete foundations generally conforming to IS 5039 and to withstand rough usage and weather. The panel shall be fabricated with 14 SWG M.S.sheet with hinged door on front side with locking arrangement, suitable angle/ channels frame in the bottom, legs for grouting in foundation, openable cable protection covers at bottom portion, painting etc. including supplying and fixing of following accessories and making inter connection, earth connection, neutral link, etc.as per the drawings. Supply of 4 Core x 25 Sqmm Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade, confirming to IS 7098 (Part - I) with upto date ammendment.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for size 4 x 25 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required :

Supply of 63 mm outer dia PN6 , PE 80 HDPE Pipe as per IS:4984 suitable to lay in underground.

Laying of 63mm dia HDPE direct in underground at depth of 75 cm below ground level including soil excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of additional 63mm dia HDPE Pipe direct in underground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation at depth of 75 cm below ground level including soil excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of 63mm dia HDPE Pipe in underground for laying of cable across pavement / road at depth of upto 2 mtr through Horizontal Directional Drilling Method (manual or motorised) etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XPLE power cable 1.1 KVgrade/5 KV grade AFL cable of size not exceeding 25 sqmm in the existing HDPE pipe/RCC / HUME / M.S pipe as reqd.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XPLE power cable 1.1KVgrade/5 KV grade AFL cable of size not exceeding 25 sqmm in the existing masonary open duct as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection, excavation and re-filling as required.
