Providing services for Housekeeping and associated services for area equivalent to 20 beds inclusive of details as below: i. Providing, Fixing and operating Room heater to maintain the inside temperature around 24°C ±1°C . The supplied unit shall be maintained and operated by the agency during the contract period. ii. Maintain and upkeep the tents, toilets, sofa and carpets will be done by bidder during the hiring period. iii. Charging point will be provided for mobile and laptop. iv. 1 standee led display with internet tv cable, commercial display of short films (as approved). v. Necessary guidance and publicity signage of ACP/Sunboard (with content as approved). vi. Upkeep of entire premise in boundary on daily basis i.e. sweeping clean toilet, change bedsheet, pillow cover, towel with clean one, laundry, removal of garbage & unwanted stuff to nearest municipal dumping facility. vii. consumables like soap, shampoo, paper napkeen, dish cleaner, toilet cleaner, broom, brush, wiper, mop, glass cleaner and other necessary required. vii. New and comfortable Mattress (thickness 5 inch or more), Bedsheet, Pillow, Blanket and Towel for 20 Person for 45 day (at the completion of work all this things will be property of contractor). The agency should quote the rates for all the above items. The rates should be inclusive of Supplying, setup and placing of all the above items and obtaining requisite mandatory licenses/clearance (if necessary) from Govt. Authority such as state administration etc. and the fee for obtaining such licences shall be paid by the agency and no extra charge shall be payable on this account.
