Providing, laying, spreading and compacting greded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying in uniform layers in sub-base course on a well prepared underbase and compacting with power vibratory rollar to achive the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricating and maintenance of diversion etc. (Presanctioned rate) grading I density 2.2 ton/cum grading 53-22.40 mm @ 30 % , 22.40 - 4.75 mm @ 40% 2.36 mm and below @ 30 %

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying Tack Coat VG-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 Kg/ M2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, aggregate, T&P labour & all taxes complete as per MORTH&H specification No.503

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 60-90 TPH Batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hours useing crushed aggregate of specified grading (25-10 mm 40%, 10-5 mm 40% , 5mm and below 20%) premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % of mix and fillar using VG-30 bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No- 508 complete. in all respcts.

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH Batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crushed aggregates of specified grading (9.50-4.75mm @ 57%, 4.75mm and below 41 %, Filler -2%) premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 % of mix and fillar using VG-30 bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No- 508 complete. in all respcts.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.. (391.25-(391.25*4%)=375.60

Providing and fixing Glow syuds of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a loard of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35(=/-5) degree tp base. The reflective panels on both side with at least 12cm of refrective area up each sie. The luminance intenssity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as describe in ASTM I: 809 as recommended inBS: 873 part 4: 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-dharge. PART-B Supply, fixing & erection of built up overhade structure 12 to 15 m span comprising of two vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & bottom. horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. the work includes construction of RCC foundation of size 1.00 × 1.00 M of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and 40 mm guge stone ballast. RCC with and 1:1½:3 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. the lateral vertical clearances and complete.

Supply and fixing Retro Reflective Sign Board Signage with Retro Reflective Prismatic Grade Sheeting (Type VIII) conforming to ASTM D4956 - 09 pressed on 2 mm thick aluminium alloy plate along with teh Borders, arrows, destination names, distances etc. including aluminium sheet & M S fram, complete on overhead cantilever.transportation to the site of work. Deduction of the taxes will be done as per latest G.O.'s/Circulars. For Over head board with back frame

Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Clay or sand) including, lift upto 1.50 M and lead Upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches. Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete. Including cost of form work in foundation and floors. (S.I No. 275)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 of not less than strength of stone ballast (20 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E / I. (S.I No. 279)

Providing & fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels plates etc. including welding grinding, buffing polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fiting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners stainless steel bolts etc, of required size on the top of the floor or the side of slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer in-charge, (of payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Painting two over previously painted old surfaces on steel and other matel surfaces upto 10cm. Width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sqm In area with superior synthethic enamel such as Luxol-3 Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, Dulux specified brushign to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scapping including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Fixing of Aluminium backed flexible Prismatic Sheeting (ASP ) shall consist yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non metallic prismatic sheeeting shall be of one ft. width and laminated with the back with a 50 micron aluminium (AI) foil with presssure sensitive adhesive and loner. further, the flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color in a continuous eoll format. The product specified hear in, with the line removed, shall be applied with a new neoprene contact adhesive with polychloroprene as base, a visosity of 200-450 cps and solid content of 20-30%. Once applied, the edge of the product shall be sealed all around with a two-part epoxy based structural adhesive with epoxy having viscosity of 8000-14000 mpa.s when measured as per ISO 12058, so the it becomes Extremely difficult to peel off and will give protection from vehicle hitting the pole.
