Construction of granular sub-base by providing, laying, spreading and compacting of crushed aggregate material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including protection of egdes of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete as per clause 401. (Sanctioned rate)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballast (40 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E / I. (CH-5, S.I. No. 6 SOR-2022-23)

Cast in situ cement concrete M20 Kerb and Channel 110mm top 450 mm in bottom 350mm height in M20 grade PCC on M15 grade foundation 150mm thick, foundation having 50mm projection beyond kerb stine, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid mannually all complete as per clause 409.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders - Earth work in embankment mechanically compacted to 100% proctor density in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in regular pits not exceeding 0.5m depth and work embannkment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing pulverisation the surf including supply of labour, royalty of materials, T&P, Roller and Water sprinkler with a lead upto 15km and earth shall be arranged by contractor.

Construction of wet mix macadam (WMM) by providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-13, mixing in a wet mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed materials to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface using Paver finisher hydrostatic with sencor control to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete as per clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat as per table 500-5 on prepared surface using bitumen emulsion including clearing of road surface by meachincal broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying by emulsion pressure distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading with all lead and lift etc. as per clause 503. i) On granular surface - 2.5 Kgs/10 Sqm

ii) On bituminous surface - 2.0 Kgs/10 Sqm

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam using crust aggregates as per table 500-9 of specified graded aggregates and filler material @2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder content quantity as per design mix, in 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour, transporting the hot mix in a tipper to paver at work site, laid over previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc. as per clause 505.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Refleftorislng Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holse. 6M Span over head Cantilever Structure with 300 dia M S one Vertical post Supply, fixing & erection of built up Cantilever Structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontle Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coals of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast and RCC - M25 grade concrete including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforecement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORTH & H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2012 complete in all respect The Rates shall include cost of design febrication, supply, transporation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using cran, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Retro Reflective Sheeting type-XI with 4 mm thick ACM Single side Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aliuminium composite panel face to be fully covered with Hign Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5mm. Legends letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MortH specification No-801.3.7. The sheeting shall have a pressure-sensitive adhesive of the aggresive-lack type requiring no heat, solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal adhesion, impact resistance, specular glass and fungus resistance. 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 49858-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after reciept of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67.2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transpiortation, Installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the engineer-In-Charge. (Chap-28, Item No-12, PWD SOR 22-23)

Provision of an Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-40 grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21, at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design and as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified.
