Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M-150 stone grit (20 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E / I. (S.I No. 279)

Boundary Wall (Shivaji Park Side) :- Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of material as directed by E/I. within distance of 60 mtr. (As Per P.W.D.S.I.No.692).

Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Clay or sand) including, lift upto 1.50 M and lead Upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No.251)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (One part of Cement, Two Part of Coarse Sand and Four Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade. (S.No-283 SOR 17-18)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and but excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retarder for setting of concrete/ improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately. 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement & coarse sand in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive (SI.No-582II)

Red sand stone work for wall lining etc. (Veneer work) 30mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including camping jointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. (S.No-1 Chap-18 SOR 17-18)

Class-150 brick in 1:4 Cement and coarse sand mortar in Foundation and Plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E / I. (S.I No. 305a)

(S.I No. 284)

Required miscellaneous Items :- Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (S.No-504 SOR 2017-18)

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates record rack, roof work, gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing require for proper completion of the work. (S.No-503 SOR 2017-18)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer in-charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR item-8.3.2)

Providing and fixing expansion hold fasteners on C.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete. (8.8.1.3 Fastener with threaded dia 12 mm)

Kota stone slab 20mm thick in risers of steps, skirting dado and pillars laid on 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Supply and fixing of 40mm thick flush doors, commercial quality conforming of I.S. 2202 part-1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs, fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally (S.No 470 chap-9 SOR 17-18)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Applying priming coat over new steel and new wood surface surface upto 10cm. In width or girth or small not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. area after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushed, fine steel/wood. Scrapper, sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (S.No-1b new chap-15 SOR 17-18)

Painting Two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. (S.No-2a Chap-15 SOR 2017-18)
