Supply and Errection of Double Pole comprising of 2 Nos. 410 SP-55, 11mtr long Steel tubular Pole( 227 Kg weight) including 3 Nos. 100x50mm MS channel 2.24 M long and 1 No. 75x40mm MS channel 2.24 M long, clamps, packing pieces etc duly painted complete in all respect as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

S/F of 11 KV DO Fuse set insulators and fuse mounts with material & labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

S/F of 11 KV TPMO switches 3 pole hand operated single break without earthing contact plate and suitable for vertical mounting and double pole/four pole structure with material & labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

S/F of 11 Lightening Arrester with line side terminal connectors suitable for vertical as well as horizontal entry of conductor. The base of Lightening Arrester shall be short circuited through a GI strip size 35mmx5mm or of equivalent cross section. complete in all respect as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, testing & commissioning of Outdoor plinth mounted type 11 KV / 433 Volt Transfomer (as per IS : 2026, P1 to P5), 3 phase, 4.5% impedance, Dyn 11 vector group, 50 cycles, (ONAN) oil immersed naturally cooled, step down, copper wound, continuous duty, temperature rise above 50oC in oil by thermometer 45oC, in winding by resistance 50oC and other standard accessories as required including followings : Instalation of Transformer - The instalation of Transformer will include receiving, storing, handling, installation, testing and commissioning, affecting proper connections with the power and control cables, coordination with the transformer manufacturers / supplier, civil contractors etc complete with civil work ( Nacessary PCC , RCC , and Brick Work for making of transformer plinth etc.) in all respects. The small items / accessories required for erection of transformer will be included in the rates. (Make : Crompton / Kirlosker / ABB / Schneider / Voltamp / Sudhir Intra / Esennar / Kotsons) a) Cable Termination box with disconnecting facility for 11 KV 3C-240 sq mm XLPE cable at 11 KV side. b) Cable Termination box with disconnecting facility for required nos. LT cable at LT side. c) Off circuit Tap Changer on HV side + 5 % to - 10 % @ 2.5 % in manual mode with position indicator and locking arrangements. d) Unidirectional rollers. e) Oil Conservator with filter cap, drain plug & oil level gauge. f) Earthing terminals 2 nos for body earthing. g) 0.415 KV neutral seperately bought out on a bushing for neutral earthing. i) Pressure release device. Double diaphragm explosion vent. j) Radiators Detachable type with top & bottom shut off valve. k) First filling of filtered dehydrated oil as per IS : 335 including make up fill during installation & 10% extra. l) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe & oil seal. m) Rating, Diagram & Terminal marking plate of SS. n) Sampling Valves for filteration, drainage and filling with plugs. o) Air release plugs. p) Thermometer pocket with plug. q) Lifting Lugs. r) Buchholz relay with gas release cock, alarm & shut off valve with separate set of contacts for trip and alarm. t) 150 mm Oil temperature indicator (OTI) with alarm. u) Marshalling Box. v) Clamping device. w) Jacking Pads. x) Ladder with safety device for access to the top of transformer tank. The work shall be complete in all respects up to the satisfaction of Engg-in-charge. 400 KVA.

Supply and burying of 600mm x 600mm x 6.0 mm G.I. plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 metres below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one no. 8 to 10 SWG G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe up to switch board (form appron to switch board the cost of G.I., pipe and G.I. wire will be extra) 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonary housing alternate layers of charcoal / coke and salt at least 150 mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects as per drawing. (This will apply for earthing of poles also).

Supply and burying of 40mm dia x 4.5 meters long G.I. pipe vertically for earthing having 12 mm dia. holes spaced 75 mm apart drilled up to 2 meter from the bottom complete with earthing lead of No. 6 to 8 SWG GI wire in G.I. pipe up to appron (and from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. wire and pipe will be extra) up to switch board, 30 cm square C.I. box with hinged cover masonary enclosure, funnel at top, alternate layers of charcoal / coke and salt at least 150 mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects as per drawing.

Supply and burying of 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm copper plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 metres below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one no. 8 SWG copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe up to switch board (form appron to switch board the cost of G.I., pipe and copper wire will be extra) 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonary housing alternate layers of charcoal / coke and salt at least 150 mm thick alround etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of 2 metres high cage fabricated with 3 mm thick expanded metal fixed on 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame having vertical members spaced at 1 to 1.25 mts. and horizontal members spaced at 1mt. The vertical members shall be grouted in floor and horizontal members in the wall to a depth of 300 mm with ends forked. The cage shall have 2000mm x 1000mm size one leaf door with locking device having door frame fabricated with 35mm x 35mm x 6mm angle iron and 3mm expanded metal duly fixed with the cage member with hinge etc. the cage shall be painted with red oxide primer and synthetic enamel paint. The job includes all materials, labour T & P etc. for proper completion of work.

Supply and laying of 32 mm x 6 mm copper strip from earth electrode directly in the ground as required complete in all respect.

CABLE AND PANEL WORK MAIN L.T. Panel Supply and erection of factory fabricated and wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting, M.S. channel base with bottom and top cable entreis electrical control panel with TPN ACB (65 KA, 4 pole Elect. draw out, micor processer release IPR2) and TPN MCCB's (Four pole 36 KA with thermal magnatic release) switches and instrument chamber etc. complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type/digital ammeter, voltmeter, selector switches for ammeter and voltmeter, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic aluminium bus bars as per IS8623 instulated with heat shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/DMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The switches entry boxes shall be complete with suitable cable end reverse. The Job includes the grounting of the board as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. All out goings of 100 Amp. and above will be provided Amp. meter, current transformers and selector switches etc. and instrument fuse. The switch board shall be fabricated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm/2mm. cubicle type switch board shall be of cat A. & B. only. Incoming 630 Amp./ 415 Volt ACB-1 No. Outgoing 200 Amp. MCCB-2 Nos., 63Amp MCCB-2 Nos. 32Amp. MCCB 1 No. Cat. B. pannel cubicle type.

Lift Panel - for 3 Nos lifts of Block ET-1 as described below and shown on SLD SL -01. Incoming 1 No. 100 amp TP MCCB of 25 KA service breaking capacity with heavy duty solid neutral link. Indicating Pannel The Indicating panel of the incomer shall be provided with the following : Earth Leakage Relay (ELR) with required setting between 30mA to 30 Amps & CBCT. Power Analyzer (PA) with RS 485 port equivalent to (M-9 of Neptune Ducati) set of CT's 100/5A. 3 Nos. phase indicating lamps backe up with 2 ASP MCB. Bus Bar 1 No. 200 amp TPN Aluminium Bus bar of suitable length. Outgoing 4 Nos. 63 amp TP MCCB of 25 KA service breaking capacity with heavy duty solid neutral link for 3 Nos. Lift machine motor. In built DB (8w TPN DB) with SP MCB's of 10 KA as outgoing. 1 No. 40 A FP MCB of 10 KA as incomer. 18 Nos. 10/20A SP MCB of 10 KA. 1 No. 20A TPN MCB of 10 KA. 1 No. 20A DP MCB of 10 KA breaking capacity with cyclic timer for aviation light, ON/OFF indication & Auto/Manual switch. 3 nos. of 40 Amp TP MCB,10 KA breaking capacity for 3 nos. 7.5 HP motor along with the following for each outgoing motor starter feeder. DOL Starter with 18 A contactor with 2 NO and 2 NC auxillary contacts. Over load relay of rating 11-15 A with in built Single Phasing Preventer. Ammeter of range 0-30A & 1 No. of associated CT of ratio 30/5A. One Set of Red / Green Start / Stop Push button Auto / manual / off selector switch and ON/OFF/Trip indication lights. Lift Panel - for 3 Nos lifts of Block ET-1 as described above and shown on SLD SL -01.

Emergency Panel Supply and erection of factory fabricated and wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting, M.S. channel base with bottom and top cable entreis elctrical control panel with TPN MCCB's (Four pole 36 KA with thermal magnatic release) switches complete and instrument chamber etc. complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type digital metering system for phase to phase voltage and single phase voltage, current and other parameters (KVA, P.F., KW etc.) in each phase with touch type selector switches for different readings, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The panel board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic aluminium bus bars as per IS8623 or above instulated with heat shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/BMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The MCCB's shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc. The Job includes the grounting of the board as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. All out goings of 100 Amp. and above shall have an ammeter. The panel board shall be fabricated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm/2mm. cubicle type switch board shall be of cat A. & B. only. Incoming 200 Amp. MCCB-1 No. Outgoing 100 Amp. MCCB-1 No. & 63 Amp. MCCB-3 Nos.

Supply and fixing of 40 A TPN capacity of automatic street light cubicle control panel painted with anti corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of timer switch TSO 100 series with contractors, HRC fuses, isolating switch metering instrument & instrument box with CTs etc. in case of TPN, complete in all respect.

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cable 1100 volts grade at a depth of 750 mm. below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. on surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. (a) 300 sq. mm 3-1/2 core.

Supply and fixing of brass nickle plated compression gland for PVC insulated and aromoured served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. 750 mm width x 62.5 mm depth x 2.0 mm thickness.

Supply and burring of safe earthing electrode T-19 Zn-Zinc coated, length 3000 mm., outer pipe 48.4 mm. x 3.2 mm., inner pipe 26.9mm.x2.6 mm., terminal dia. 12 mm., coating 80-100 micron filled with crystallinc conductive mixture (CCM) having anti corrosive & conductive properly with 50 kgs. activated soil (BFC) capable of reducing the soil resistivity with good mixture of retaining capacity along with 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover & masonry housing. (From electrode terminal to switch board, cost of 25x3 G.I. strip will be extra) Make : As approved in U.P. P.W.D. & C.P.R.I. certified.

Supply and laying of 32 mm x 6 mm G.I. strip from earth electrode directly in the ground as required complete in all respect.

Essential Meter panel - (For Block - ET) The Essential Meter Panel board shall have space suitable for housing of 44 nos 1 phase electronic type KWHR meters. With automatic change over and MCB's as required consisting of compartments of suitable sizes each of 16 SWG MS sheet steel fabricated, dust & vermin proof with hinged and lockable doors for following meters. INCOMER : 100 AMP FP MCCB (25 KA) BUS BAR : 200 AMP, 500 Volts, 3 phase 50 HZ TPN high conductivity electrolytic Aluminium bus bar of suitable length, insulated by heat shrinkable sleeves. The current density of bus bar shall be minimum 1.00 sq mm / amp. The Maximum allowable temperature for the Bus bar to be restricted to 85 deg C. The temperature rise should be restricted to 35 deg C above ambient temperature. OUT GOINGS : 28 nos. 63 AMP DP MCB (10KA).

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 4 x 10 sq. mm + 2 x 6 sq. mm earth wire.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 32 mm.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal).

STREET LIGHGHTING Supply and fixing of 9 mtr long GI octagonal pole of approved make ( Top dia 70 mm Bottom dia 130mm and base plate 12mm thick) having 3mm thickness eith single arm bracket ( 1 Mtr length) on RCC foundation including coast of foundation , foundation bolts, excavation & back filling and required T & P complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fitting having die cast aluminium body and diffuser/reflector with driver set suitable for 110 to 130 watt. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect.. CAT AAA.

S/F of junction box 10''x8''x6'' including 2 no. copper strip size 10x3x12mm. Mounted on backelite sheet size 150mmx300mm. With 2no. Fuse unit complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.

S/F of 6 Amp. to 32 Amp. MCB (10 KA). CAT B.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 1.5 sq. mm.

Making suitable earthing of ST/Rail Pole with 2.5 M long 20 mm dia M.S Rod with 7/16 SWG GS wire in 15 mm dia 2.0 M long GI pipe duly clamped with 2 nos. of clamps and binding on pole including cost of labour & T&P etc required for proper completion of work.All complete as per direction f E/Ic.

Deduct in item no. 501 (I), 501(t) and 506 (a) to (f) when cables is passed through G.I./M.S. or Hume pipe in road crossing or along the wall. The cost of the G.I. pipe hume pipe is to be extra when and where required.
