Provinding and fixing of 8mm poly corbobate multivult sheet of bayer makrolone/GE………….(A) Minimum density required for multiwall poly carbonate sheets-8mm multiwall sheets 1.5 kg/sqm. (B) the offer should be backed by warranty of 10 years against weathering and five years against breakage as manufacturing defect. (C) The sheets should have the minimum co-extruded UV coating of 45 +-5% and supllier should the certificate for the UV coating. (D) The fixing should be done aluminium clamping profile (top and bottom) profile with EPDM gasket (with 10 yr warranty) by using self driving and self tapping screws. (E) The sheet should be produced and supplied preferably by indian manufactures. (F) The Sheet should pass the ISI 14443 specification. (H) The supplier should be able to produce the custimized lenth of sheet as per requirement. (I) The sheet will be got tested as per BIS specification from the approved test house before acceptance. (J) All the above mentioned specification should be backed by original certificate by manufacturinrer. 60 mm alcox with base plate. (MR) Based on Quotation

Painting Two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer appled @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labor, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat.
