Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) SI.No- 4.8.1 ( DSR- 2018)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level (DSR- 2018 )

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. 10 - 32 mm dia

15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. with water proof ply 12 mm thick

Water Proofing of STP Tank Providing and applying a two component polymer based cementitious waterproofing systen in following sequence:

Treatment from the internal surface: Cleaning the internal surface areas thorougly so that they are free of all contaminants like dirt & laitance & to remove all the loose materials by various mechanical means. Providing & grouting at construction joints cementite us grout into each nozzles(1 mtr c/c) at regular intervals as per the requirements. Providing & making filters of 75mmx75mm at the junction of the walls and the slabs using cement mortar of 1:4 mix admixed with 5% of SBR latex weight by cement. Applying three coats of two component,prepacked ,polymer modified cementiteous coatning with eleongation of 120% as per ASTM D412 and tensile sterngth of 5N/mm2 @3kg/sqmtr all over the slab including the angular fillets and extendable over the over the vertical wall .Finally sprinkling sand over the third coat for better adhesion with plaster. The interval between each coat of coating application is 6-8 hrs. Providing & laying protection layer of 25 mm thick cement mortor admixed with with integral waterproofing compound.Note:cement and sand shall be provided by client free of cost at site.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80x125mm (3" x 18 gauge) cold rolled MS Lath inter locked through their entire length joined together at the end by lock and mounted on specially designed pipe shafts with brackets, sides guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete but excluding the cost of top cover and spring.

Providing and fixing 27.5 cm long wire spring grade 2 for rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters made of 18 gauge M.S. sheet.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein. (Item 5.35 year 2016 DSR)

PART-B (ELECTRO MACHANICAL WORK) :- Bar Screen: - Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of SS 304 Pre fabricated Bar Screen shall be provided in Bar Screen Chamber works, so as to exclude the large sized particles with associated set of guide angles in SS flat of 10mm screen kept inclined at 45 degree to the horizontal at 40 mm c/c with one on.

Sewage pump: supply, installation, testing and commissioning of non clogging submersible pump type kirloskar pump (2 nos - one working & one standby) to pump 200 KLD sewage from EQT to aeration tank at uniform flow rate with motor of following capacity delivery header with isolation valve, pressure gauge on delivery line with isolation cock level controller with wiring to control the level of tank Automatically. Pump shall have following duty etc as required for expansion. Solid handling cap. 15 to20 mm ; flow rate – 12 m3/ hr each ; head -10-12 mt ,make (kirloskar)/

Sludge Pump: supply , installation ,testing and commissioning of non clogging mono block centrifugal sludge transfer pump (2 nos 1 working & 1 standby)to transfer sludge from tube settler to fab reactor for seeding only and balance to sludge holding tank and filter press for complete with all accessories motor of following capacity delivery header with isolation valve , pressure gauge on delivery line with isolation cock level controller with wiring to control the level of sump automatically . pump shall have following duty etc as required ( Make Kirloskar / equivalent) Solid handling cap . 10mm, Flow rate- 2.5 m3/hr each, head – 12-14 m

Filter Feed Pump: Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of Filter feed pump (2 No’s, 1- working, 1- standby) consisting of centrifuge non submersible type, to feed tertiary treatment process through multi-grade filter, activated carbon filter followed by Chlorination system. The pump shall be coupled to the adequate HP electrical motor mounted on common base frame. The pump shall be suitable for following requirement: (Make: Kirloskar/ Crompton/equivalent Centrifugal pump of 12 m3/Hr head 30 meter )

Coarse Aeration Grid: Supply and fixing of lateral & header type stainless steel 304 (SS) Air grid and coarse bubble diffuser provide in Equalization tank and sludge holding tank for supply of designed air to keep suspended solid in suspension / homogeneous odorless state and avoid septic condition.

Fine Aeration Grid: Supplying and fixing of Lateral & header type SS 304 Air grid and fine bubble diffuser provide in MBBR tank 1&2.

Air Blowers:- Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Twin Lobe design type air blower complete with motors, pulleys, rigid one piece CI casing and side plates, silencer, base plate, anti-friction bearings, rotary oil sealing having horizontal configuration. Cap. 250 m3/hr pressure : 0.5kg/cm2 make :Everest Beeta/water 2 people Dry run protection.

MBBR Media :- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of FAB reactor media with having surface area of 300-400 m2/m3, length: 16 mm, Dia.: 22mm; Shape: Cylindrical, Type: semi clog, density gm/cc: 0.93-0.96 complete in all respect.

Tube Settler Media :-Supply , installation ,testing & commissioning of PVC Tube Dee Media with hexagonal chevron shape laid at 60 degree slope with a settling area of 6.25 m2 per cum in tongue & groove fitting arrangement for separation of bio-solids & supernatant liquid

CHLORINE DOSER:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of on line automatic electronic sodium hypo dosing unit with automatically operated dosing pump comprises of one no . HDPE cylindrical tank of 500 lit two no. Electronic diaphragm type positive displacement pump for chemical dosing with plastic header. the electronic pump shall be operated on 220 volt single phase supply and shall be mounted directly on the tank top complete set of pipes, valves and fitting, foot valve magnetic float switch to trip the dosing pump at low level of chemical in the tank the free residual chlorine content in the filtered water shall not be less than 0.5 ppm the pump. the pump shall be suitable for following parameters capacity 6-12 LPH

Multi Grade Filter: Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of Multi-grade filter for filtration of Sewage water. MOC-MSEP,Dia 1000mm Height 1800mm, flow rate- 20cum/hr, filter media-pebels,grabels and silka sand,frontal piping and valva 50mm

Activated Carbon Filter: Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of activated carbon filter for filtration and colure removal in treated Sewage water. The filter shall be suitable for 20.0m3/Hr , MOC MSEP Dia 1000mm,height 1800mm, filter media type-activate carbon, pebels and gravles ,frontal piping and valves -50mm.

Filter press: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of filter press of Suitable size 18" x18” plates with CI frame, PP plates with filter cloth interconnecting piping and poly dosing system complete. Manual Operation Make: Sachin/ Pharmatech/water 2 people

Screw pump: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of positive displacement type screw slurry pump with MS casing, SS-strator with internal rubber lining, gland packing seal, solid handling capacity upto 7 to 10% of the effective percentage of sludge and direct drive with motor.(Make-UT/Roto/water2people.) Capacity: 2.50m3/hr, Head: 40 mtrs. (1W+ 1S)

UV : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of ultraviolet system to prevent water infection before chlorination Capacity : 10cum/hr make –water 2 people

Control Panel: Testing , checking and repairing Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of free standing, floor mounting, non compartmentalized, totally enclosed, cubical type, dead front, control panel made of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet steel and suitable for indoor application. The panel shall be suitable for 415volts 50 Hz, 4 wire supply, including control wiring and switch gear for controlling all the electrical motors and blower necessary for successful operation of STP. The panel shall consist the following component (cable) and accessories shall be mounted within each control panel.

Copper Cabling :- Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of copper cabling Connecting to various equipment including cast of cable tray cable, cable tie, gland etc req. size of cable as per site condition.

Piping & valve/gate valve of STP: Supply and fixing of MS pipes to IS: 1239 including all fitting like tees, elbow, and bens unions. Offset hex nipples , collars, cutting , threading the pipes, jointing using white lead and cotton thread and pressure testing design including casing the valves with groove cutting machine clearing the debris grounding of concealed pipes making interconnection of all piping works valves of different size within the limits’ of STP as per the technical requirement etc as required

Ozonation System: Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of Ozonation system with capacity of 90gms/hr

PART-C (Disposal of Treated Water for Purpose Gardening) :- Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 80 m : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia (PWD SOR)

Supply & Fixing of Slotted PVC pipe 6 kg./cm2 including socket etc all complete (110mm dia) (PWD SOR)

Constructing masonary Chamber brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 150 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design (60x60x75 cm Inside (SOR 2020-21 Item-18.33 Ch-23)
