SITC of DMX Controller for the system including all other accessories required for the running of the system Controller should have Input Power 5-5.5V DC 0.6A and Output Protocol DMX512 with 4 universe, 2 universe should work in Stand Alone Mode and 2 universe should work in live mode with laptop/ tablet / computer. The universe should be expandable from 2 to 4 DMX512 universes. It should be compatible for Programmability with PC, Mac, Tablet, Smartphone by using USB & Ethernet .Dmx controller should have network controllability feature to control the scene remotely through LAN and triggered via UDP packets on port 2430. Its must have Connections Type C USB, XLR3, Ethernet, battery. There should be provision for Memory microSD card. Device should have Intuitive backlit keyboard with 10 presets and also have provision of kepad on device for changing scene manually from device. Device should be capable to work on Extended triggering possibilities (TCA) & also have Smart Upgrade Technology (SUT). It is an IP 20 unit and has an Operating Temperature of 0°C to 50°C. weight should not be more than 120g. OS Requirements for the controller is Mac OS X 10.8-10.12, Windows 7/8/10. Standards should be EC, EMC, ROHS. The controller should have a variety of features including 2048 DMX channels, clock/calendar, iPhone/iPad/Android remote control, Ethernet facilities, dry contact port triggering and multi-zone SD card memory. Network synchronization of one area across hundreds of universes with the possibility of 99 scenes across 5 areas with auto clock triggering for sunrise and sunset and as per the festivals for specific occasions. Device should be equipped with meta; clamp to mount on wall. All Dynamic LED lighting fixtures & controllers shall be of same make to avoid integration, synchronization, and maintenance issues in future. To be provided with IP 66 enclosure if installed in external environment. all complete as approved and directed by E./Ic.

SITC of DMX address writer to write automatically address of DMX fixtures. DMX Signal Amplifier/Booster/Instruction Forwarder to boost the Signal, IP 65 rated module to enahce the depleting DMX Signals, should have IP 66/67 rates inbuilt connectors compatible with Luminaires. It should be offered with inbuilt electronic ciruit for functioning. No external LED driver needed. QTY As reuired. all complete as approved and directed by E./Ic.

SITC of DMX Splitter with Input Voltage range : 190-240V AC, Power Consumption 5W max. Housing is made of CRCA with powder coated finish Mounting, 19 inch rack mountable, Operation Temperature -30°C to +55°C, 8 Output with 3pin XLR terminal sockets, Ingress Protection Rating IP20. This unit takes the DMX Signal from DMX Controller & split the signal into 8 separate output channels. The output terminals of Splitters are optically isolated from the input. Splitters should be capable to amplify the DMX signal & allowing the data link to be extended by max. 300 m (1044 ft.) using AWG 22 DMX cable or 150 m (500 ft.) using AWG 24 DMX cable or maximum 20-25 fixture per output channel. To be provided with IP enclosure if installed in external environment. all complete as approved and directed by E./Ic.

Supply and laying of 3 x 2.5 sqmm Cu unarmored multistrand, all complete as per direction of E./Ic.

Supply & Laying of 16sqmm 4 core aluminium conductor PVC insulted armoured served sheathed cable 1100volts grade at a depth of 750mm below ground level over a cushion of 75mm thick sand all around protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On size or as directed by the Engineer-in charge complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supply & Laying of 25 sq.mm 3-1/2 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated, armoured, sheathed cable, 1100 volts grade at a direction of E/Ic.

Supply and fixing of 16sq mm plain or pin type copper tin plated cable socket ( lug ) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-In charge.

Supply and fixing of palm or pin type copper tin plated cable socket (lug) 25 sq. mm. to the cable leads, insulating with tap and making connection etc. complete in all respects. as per direction of the E/Ic.

Supply and laying & burying of PN-6 PE-63 grade3 63mm dia 4mm thick high density polyethylene pipe with silicon coating as per IS- 4984 & manufactured by ISO- Certified firm in center channel divider complete in all respect as per direction of E./Ic. (HDC Pipe)

S/Laying of DMX Cable 18 AWG 18/0.20 mm x 2 Core ATC copper conductor PE insulated, core twisted in a circular form inner sheathed with moisture proof polymer, beard shieleded (80% with ATC Copper, outter jacket with matt finished PVC. Make: Krystal/ Beldon/ Kramer all complete as approved and directed by E./Ic.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC Pipe of size 20 mm as per requirement for cable laying and its protection all complete as approved and directed by E./Ic.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Servo 60kva oil cooled 3 phase with voltage stabilizing 150-260V all complete as approved and directed by E./Ic.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical panel with incomer 250Amp MCCB having servo bypass system with timer, surge protection device & outgoing 32Amp 4 pole 4Nos MCB & 2Nos 63Amp 4P also having a provision of 2Nos 16Amp switch socket all complete, as approved and directed by E./Ic.

Ist Year Maintenance charges (Defect liability period).

IInd Year maintenance charges 1% of project cost.

IIInd Year maintenance charges 1.5% of project cost.
