P/L integral cement based water proofing treatment BIRCK KOBA including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 to required slope including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645. (d) Finishing the surface with20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 600x 600mm sizes (ivory or light shade thickness 8 to 10 mm), in flooring or skerting laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement 3 coars sand ) finishing with cement slurry and with pigment grouting & polishing complete suplly of all materials,laboure,T&P required for proper completion of the work

Providing and Laying 25mm kota stone flooring over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid over jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Supply of fixing 6mm (1/4") thick china white glazed tile in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement jointed and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat.

Wall painting (one coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt, grease loose pieces and prepare smooth. Extra over item no. 23 above and for every subsequent coat of wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer.

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting Ist coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces up to 10 cm. width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm in area white superior synthetic enamel such as LUXOL3,Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, DULUX specified brushing to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping including cost of all materials, labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members\ shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
