Dismantling of girders, trusses and other steel work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).

Same as Item No. (3) above but in super structure above plinth level upto floor five level (upto five stories) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cm.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (Rate including Royalty of earth also).

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks bill excluding cost of earth directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Including Royalty.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. (Fine sand not less than in 1.25 FM).

Mild steel of Reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its waistage Bend, hooks, Binding wire and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates record rack, roof work, gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing require for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (One part of Cement, Two Part of Coarse Sand and Four Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade.Same as Item No. 284 above but 1:1.5:3.

12mm Cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive.(II) 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, & compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause Table-400-2 S.N. 4.2 (C) MORT&H specification no. 401 Material (For Grading-I), 53 mm -26.50mm 35.00%, 26.5mm-4.75mm 45.00%, 2.36mm and below 20%).

Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 60 to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. Including VAT 80 mm (Ordinary Grey).

Painting One Coat over Priming coat including steel and other matel surfaces upto 10cm. Width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sqm In area with superior synthethic enamel such as Luxol-3 Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, Dulux specified brushign to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scapping including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. including primim cost.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer appled @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labor, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat.

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labor, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 600x 600mm sizes (thickness 10mm), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of joints.

Red sand stone work for wall lining etc. (Veneer work) 30mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including camping jointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Supply and fixing of flush doors, commercial quality conforming of I.S. 2202 part-1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs, fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentall. (a) 35mm thick.

Providing and fixing glazing in, windows, doors, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM Rubber/ neoprene gaskaet etc complete. (a) With float glass panes of 8.0 mm thickness.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (a) 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
