Supplying and fixing first-aid Hose Reel with MS construction spray painted in post office red, conforming to IS 884 complete with the following as required. 20 mm nominal internal dia water hose thermoplastic (Textile reinforced) type -2 as per IS: 12585. 30 m.

Supplying and fixing of fire brigade connection of cast iron body with gun metal male instantaneous inlet couplings complete with cap and chain as reqd. for suitable dia MS pipe connection conforming to IS 904 as required : 4 way - 100 mm dia M.S. Pipe.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of 100 mm. dia. confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc.as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required. 80 mm. dia.

Supply and fixing of fire extinguisher, ABC Type 4.00 kg. capacity (ISI Marked IS : 15683 & TAC approved) complete with initial charge and wall bracket, along with supply of all materials and labour for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of C02 type fire extinguisher 4.5 kg. capacity (ISI Marked IS : 2878 & TAC approved) complete with initial charge and wall bracket, along with supply of all materials and labour for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing weather proof standard fire hose cabinet (750 mm. x 600 mm. x 250 mm.) outdoor type made of not less than16 SWG MS sheet having glassed hinged door (5 mm. thick glass) including necessary locking arrangement with handle for housing two nos. 15 meter long fire hose pipes, branch pipe as required as per drawings, including brackets for mounting accessories, painting (one coat primer and two coat of fire red colour). The cabinet shall be mounted on self standing mounted type MS angle iron frame as required. The words “Fire Hose” to be painted on the box.

Supply, erection and testing of ISI marked ERW M.S. pipes (Class C - heavy duty) and specials etc. (as per IS:1239 for upto 150 mm. dia. and IS:3589 for 200 mm. and above) for above ground laying for hydrants and sprinkler system including transprotation of materials upto the worksite, cutting the pipes to required length V-groove edge preperation, welding, fixing / erection of pipes including specials i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, expansion joints and bellows wherever required, washers, nuts, bolts etc. in proper position including all supports jointing by welding, aligning the pipe line, painting with two primer coat by zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel fire red colour, providing tapping for pressure gauges and for other instruments etc. Hydrostatic testing of system at 1.5 times of operating pressure or 15 kg. / sq. cm. whichever is higher and as specified, flushing & cleaning by water etc. complete as per drawing & direction of the E./Ic. 80 NB (IS : 1239, 4.8 mm. thick).

Supply and hoisting of Sintex or equivalent PVC tank all complete.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning fire alarm sounder M.S box (16 SWG) with hinged cover plate. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of manual call boxes of MS construction in surface/recess with stainless steel chain & hammer assembly complete with glass and push button etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of smoke detector with built in LED and mounting base complete with all connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm. medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing of 2 x 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

M.S. iron work for structurel work such as stair work, window, door frame etc with required material, labour T & P complete in all respect as per direction of E/Ic.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Fire electrical panel all complete as required as per direction of E/Ic.

Ist Year (After Completion). Engagement of pump Operator, fire fighter, fitter for operation for 08 hours shift. (6x365=2190 Days)
