Supply and laying of 16 sqmm 4 core 'Al' conductor PVC insulated and surve sheathed armourd cable 1000 Volt grade at depth of 750mm below ground level over and cushion of 75mm thick sand all round and protected with bound brick on side and top on surface.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Clay or sand) including, lift upto 1.50 M and lead Upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation as per direction of E/I.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal stone ballast size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. (Fine sand not less than in 1.25 FM).

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying D.P.C. 25 mm thick with cement concrete consisting of one part cement 1.5 part of coarse sand and three part of approved 10mm. grade stone grit and including water proofing material as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer.

Painting on D.P.C with Two coats air blown bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1.70Kg./sqm. approximate including cost of fuel if any.

Class M-150 brick in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure and plinth level upto floor five level (upto five stories) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cm.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1: 2 :4 (One part of cement, Two part of coarse sand and Four part of 2cm. stone grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1: 2 :4 (One part of cement, Two part of coarse sand and Four part of 2cm. stone grit) in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. 10mm to 12mm tor (TMT Bars).

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates record rack, roof work, gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing require for proper completion of the work.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. in girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive. 1 cement : 4 fine sand (Not Less than in 1.25 FM).

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor to level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. in girth and finished even and smooth. 1 cement : 4 fine sand (Not Less than in 1.25 FM)

Supply and fixing of flush Doors commercial Quality conforming of I.S. 2202 part 1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats & stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts locks, handles, springs, fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally. 32 mm thick.

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give and even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth. including cost of all materials. As in item No. 649 but for every coat after Ist coat of subsequent coat.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, Durochem, Robiacem, Guttucem, Supercem quality and of required shade on under coated wall surfaces (One coat) over and including one coat white cement primer to give and even shade after thoroughly after brushing the surface to & extra coat of water proof cement paint after the first coat to give even shade.

P/L integral cement based water proofing treatment BIRCK KOBA including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 including adjointing walls upto 300 mm. height. b) Laying brick bats with mortar with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 over 20 mm. thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 to required slope including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm. thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm. square 3 mm. deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. with average thickness of 120 mm. and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and fixing glass-strips of 4mm. Thick in joints of floor and skirting at the time of laying including labour, T & P etc. complete in all respect. 2.2 cm. depth.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of size 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40mm thick floor).

Making groves 10 to 12mm wide x 8mm deep in plaster of the wall or in caling vertically or horizontaly as required.
