Road work:- Construction of granual sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with moter grader surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause Table-400-2 S.N. 4.2 (C) MORT&H specification no. 401 (53mm - 26.50mm @ 35%, 26.50-4.75mm @ 45%, 2.36-mm and below @ 20%)

Providing and Laying spreading and compacting grades stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechnical Mix plant carries of mixed materical by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H specification No 406 S.No. 4.12 (table -400-11) Material (For Grading-I), 53 mm -22.4 mm 30.00%, 22.4mm-4.75mm 40.00%, 2.36 mm and below 30%)

Providing and applying Tack Coat VG-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 Kg/ M2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with labour and Air compnesson including cost of bitumen, aggregate, T&P labour & all taxes complete as per MORTH&H specification No.503 Analyses attached.

Providing and laying of Bituminous Macadom with 60-90 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average out put of 75 TPH, Ussing Crushed stone aggregates of specified grading as given below, Primixed with Bituminous Binder @ 3.30% of mix and filter, Transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the disired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 501.6 and 501.7 complete in all respects 50mm to 80 mm thick using VG-30 Bitumen (Grading 19mm nominal size) 25-10mm 40% 10-5mm 40% 5mm and below 20%

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminious Concrete with 60-90 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average out put of 75 TPH, Using Crushed stone aggregates of specified grading as given below, premixed with Bituminous Binder @ 4.50% of mix and filter, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tan tom rolar to achieve disired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respect 25 mm thick using VG-30 Bitumen, 9.5-4.75mm 57per cent 4.75mm and below 4.1% filter 2%

Supply Laying of 80 mm I Shaped (Zigzag) rubber moulded gray precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 60 to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.
