S & F of MS work as in plates, angles, channels for purlins, trusses, valley gutters etc.

S/F 6.4mm thick rough cast wired glassfixed with oil putty/silicon gel not exc. 0.5 sqm.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick wall includig taking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. alongwith brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm and Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with 1:4 cement plaster and surface to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

Providing PCC type A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) & surface to be finished even & smooth with using extra cement.

Preparation of new painted steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer. Make: ASIAN (Apcolite) /BERGER (Luxul High Gloss).

Providing two coats of cement paint on one coat of primer.

Taking down old tar felt/bitument paint.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers/PU having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 or more on top of concrete roof in 3 coats @ 10.76 litre per 10 square meter. One coat of self - priming elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 i.e.3 parts of waterproofing liquid and 1 part of water) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Make:- Asian/Nerolac/Dr.Fixit. Firm i.e.Contractor (not OEM) will provide minimum 6 years warranty of the above system and will carry out any repair free of cost if leakage or seepage is found through the above applied system.
