TCE.10918A-CV-3008-UF-30000 and TCE.10918A-CV-3008-UF-30001, Site development, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactorily trials of Flow diversion unit and intake pump house along with Sewer pipeline upto STP process unit. Works includes All electromechanical work including instrumentation work mainly : - Trash Screens. - Sluice gates including structures and operating system complete. - Sewage pumps of required capacity as per specifications (W+S) incl. Pumps, Motors, valves, allied piping etc.; Hoisting equipment all as per schematic drawing no. TCE-10918A-ME-6177-60002 and TCE.10918A-CV-3008-UF-30001 Electrical connection from Supply main to DB of Flow diversion unit. Providing, Lowering, Laying, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning of Sewer pipeline of suitable dia from the Sewer Pump House to Sewage Treatment Plant approx. Length 650 M Away : Schematic plan on Survey drawing is attached) inclding road crossings as when required; all land filling in water bodies, pipe supports, excavation, backfilling complete as per attached survey drawings. (TCE.10918A-CV-3008-SL-30000) necessary piping work with required valves, gates, drains, complete as turnkey job with all involved Civil, electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical works Inclusive of above Items, units as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical components as mentioned in Tender Document.

Sewage Treatment Plant of 8 MLD Capacity based on Open Technology Designing, construction, Site development, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactorily trials of 8 MLD STP based on open technology which can be accommodated in limited identified land space consisting of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Treatment Units as per the requirement of Tender document / designed CPHEEO norms relevant IS codes etc. necessary piping work with required valves, gates, drains, path Ways, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, Internal Roads, Pathways, Compound Wall, Tools and plants, Treated effluent arrangements complete as turnkey job with all involved Civil, electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical works Inclusive of following Items, units as per detailed specifications mentioned in Tender Documents for civil, electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical components complete to achieve desired outlet parameters mentioned in the tender document. All units shall be interconnected with administration building by suitable or RCC overhead walkways at the STP component as per the scope and confirming norms as mentioned above. The plant should be completely automated with PLC - SCADA etc. complete.
