ITEM NO. 04 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

ITEM NO. 05 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

ITEM NO. 06 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

ITEM NO. 07 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

ITEM NO. 08 Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc.and removal of form work for: a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank.

b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with shuttering ply

c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with shuttering ply

ITEM NO. 09 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

ITEM NO. 10 Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits. a) 40 mm thick

ITEM NO. 11 First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

ITEM NO. 12 Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

ITEM NO. 13 Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

ITEM NO. 14 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 275mm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters & with handles, hold fast including embedding in cement concrete of required grade required for fixing in position,all necessary fittings, including applying of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- 80xl.25mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.

ITEM NO. 15 Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters (exceeding 10 sqm area) of approved make complete as required.

ITEM NO. 16 Providing and fixing fan clamp type-I of 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slabs during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete

ITEM NO. 17 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTMA792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70,colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in singlelength upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfacesexcluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever require and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

ITEM NO. 18 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets roofing accessories in 550mpa steel steel grade, made out of Cold rolled steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to AASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

ITEM NO. 20 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. a) Double charged Stainfree vitrified tiles i) Size of tile 60x60 cm

ITEM NO. 24 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.28 litre/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

ITEM NO. 25 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]
