ITEM NO. 04 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

ITEM NO. 05 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

ITEM NO. 06 Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc.and removal of form work for: a)Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm. wide

ITEM NO. 07 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

ITEM NO. 08 Honey comb brick masonry work of half brick thickness with first class bricks in superstructure for all level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

ITEM NO. 09 Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )..

ITEM NO. 10 Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

ITEM NO. 11 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTMA792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70,colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in singlelength upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfacesexcluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever require and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
