Item No. 05 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Item No. 06 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Item No. 07 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- (a) In plint and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, posts and struts. 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Item No. 08 Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (i) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank.

(ii)Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with shuttering ply.

(iii)Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with shuttering ply. i) Up to floor two level.

Item No. 09 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. i)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Item No. 10 First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- i)In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ). A) Up to plinth level

Item No. 11 Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- a) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Item No. 12 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : i) Local Teak Wood

Item No. 13 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. complete. 10.9.2 40 mm thick with 20 mm well burnt brick aggregate

Item No. 14 Providing and laying cement plaster skirting upto 300 mm height with cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions etc. complete.

Item No. 15 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 275mm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters &with handles, hold fast including embedding in cement concrete of required grade required for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- 9.6.1 80xl.25mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.

Item No. 16 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 11.15.3 0.50mm thickness

Item No. 17 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets roofing accessories in 550mpa steel steel grade, made out of Cold rolled steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to AASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Item No. 18 Providing and fixing plain Multipurpose Cement board (High Pressure steam cured) as per IS : 14862 : 2000 with suitable screws for fibre cement board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) : 11.19.1 6 mm thick cement board

Item No. 19 12 mm cement plaster of mix 12.1.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Item No. 20 Neat Cement Punning

Item No. 21 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of TestCertificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Item No. 22 Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Item No. 23 Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.33.3 With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Item No. 25 Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per MoRT&H Technical Specification clauses of section 300.
