14.9 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 14.9.1 Of area 3 sqm and below.

4.2 Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- 14.2.1 )Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

13.30 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-13.30.2 With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

3.39 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

8.4 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position . 8.4.3) Local Teak Wood

111.25 Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (frame work to be paid separately): 1.25.1) 12 mm thick

11.22 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch inhorizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11.22.4 )0.60mm thickness

1.15 Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality @ 17kg per 10 sqm impregnated with a coat of fine sand at 60 cudm per 10 sqm, including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : 11.15.1 With residual type petroleum bitumen of grade VG -10 .

10.42 Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 10.42.3) Glazed Vitrified Tiles (Glossy / Mat Finish/ Anti-Skid) 10.42.3.1 Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm
