Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :12.29.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.28 litre/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded builtup standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sectionsand other sections of approved make conforming toIS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred andjointed mechanically wherever required including cleatangle, aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as perarchitectural drawing and the direction of Engineer­in­charge. (Glazing and paneling and dashfasteners to be paid for separately) :Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed torequired shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated threelayer medium density (exterior grade ) particle boardgrade-I, type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brandand manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors,windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass /stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2fina Sand:4graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement Slurry, rounding of Edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. Complete.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour togive an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :12.37.1 New work (two or more coats) including a coat of appropriate steel primer but excluding a coat of mordan tsolution sqm ₹ 89.50
