Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:-Providing and fixing in position 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners 25mm dia pulley, 40x40x6mm angle and T-iron guide sufficiently long at the top and bottom respectively, channels & with bolts, nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, hold fast including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. complete. 40mm thick

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm at 100 mm centre to centre and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia. steel pulleys & with riveted bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, hold fast /anchor bolt including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work (two or more coats applied (3.28Kg/10sqm) over and in/c abase coat of water proofinf cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]. Neat Cement Punning

Making Plinth Protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement:3 fine Sand:6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing precast chequered cement concrete tiles 18mm thick, laid in footpath & courtyard,on 20mm thick bed of cement morter 1:4(1cement:4fine sand) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing and cleaning complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail using structural steel etc. of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete as required:-G.I.pipes.
