Distempering with oil bound washable distemper ofapproved brand and manufacture to give an even shade[Payment shall be made after submission of TestCertificate issued by the Manufacturer] :12.24.1 New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :12.29.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.28 litre/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded builtup standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sectionsand other sections of approved make conforming toIS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred andjointed mechanically wherever required including cleatangle, aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as perarchitectural drawing and the direction of Engineer­in­charge. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated threelayer medium density (exterior grade ) particle boardgrade-I, type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brandand manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors,windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass /stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Finishing with Deluxe Multi Purpose Paint System for interior and exterior using primer as per manufacturers specifications(Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer):Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi surface paint of required shade. Twomor more coats applied @0.90lit/10Sqm over and under coat of primer applied @0.75/10Sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint of required shade. Twomor more coats applied @0.90lit/10Sqm over and under coat of primer applied @0.80/10Sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Dimolishing with lime concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade ex/c the cost of centering and shuttering --All work upto plinth level1:4:8(1cement:4fine Sand:8graded well burnt brick aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge Internal work - Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement ,trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismentalling old plaster or pointing ranking out joints cleaning and preparing the surface for replastering or repointing in/c disposalmof rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc complete asper direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2fina Sand:4graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement Slurry, rounding of Edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. Complete.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour togive an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :12.37.1 New work (two or more coats) including a coat of appropriate steel primer but excluding a coat of mordan tsolution sqm ₹ 89.50
