Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sqm and below.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings,balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- 6.1.3 In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- 6.10.3 In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying cement slurry on old CC / RCC / Brick works in joints to receive new and fresh CC / RCC / Brick works including roughening and cleaning the old surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and aintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint (one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.. 10.42.4 Glazed Vitrified Tiles - Full Body (Glossy / Mat Finish/ Anti-Skid) Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows,clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position :Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished /black enamelled M.S butt hinges with ecessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, whichwill be paid for separately but including the woodenbeading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Local Teak wood :- 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing bright finished brass butt hinges with necessaryscrews etc.complete : 125 x 70 x 4 mm (ordinary type)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass towerbolts (barrel type)with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. : 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 9.10.1 Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (11.4.2) 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing muli bamboo champakampa tarja ( 75 mm wide ) ceiling, strengthening with single split bamboo battens ( both side ) at 300 mm centre to centre and tied with G.I. wire 1.0 mm complete ( over required beams or fixed with a frame of suitable type, which will be paid separately) as per specification.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: (4.1.5) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
