Dismantling all kinds of bamboo ceiling, walling, machan etc. including stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks 8 mm dia. bolts with bitumen and G.I limpet washer or with G.I. limpet washer fitted with lead and in/c a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheet complete (up to any pitch in horizontal /vertical or curved surface) exl. The cost of purling, rafters and trusses & in/c cutting to size and shape wherever required.- 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8 mm dia.G.I.limpet and bitumen washers including a coat of approved paint complete. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 0.50mm thickness.

Providing and fixing muli bamboo champakampa tarja ( 75 mm wide ) ceiling, strengthening with single split bamboo battens ( both side ) at 300 mm centre to centre and tied with G.I. wire 1.0 mm complete ( over required beams or fixed with a frame of suitable type, which will be paid separately) as per specification.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level.1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Local Teak wood. 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. complete. 40mm thick.

12 mm cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] - With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brandn and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood )

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of requiredshade of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification on old work including preparation of surface etc. as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-
