2.13 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. -All kinds of soil

2.16 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. -All kinds of soil

2.19 Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

4.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 4.1.15 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

5.3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 5.3.2 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.20 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. 5.20.4 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

5.8 Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 5.8.5.2 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with wooden plank

6.1 First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- 6.1.5 In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ).

6.6 Extra for brick masonry work in triangular, square and rectangular pillars including cost of all materials as required complete.

6.10 Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- 6.10.3 In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

10.9 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10.9.1 25 mm thick with 12.5 mm well burnt brick aggregate

12.1 12 mm cement plaster of mix 12.1.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12.2 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 12.2.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12.34 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]

12.42 Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.42.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

8.1 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : 8.1.2 Karai wood

8.6 Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25 to 40 mm thick. 8.6.2 Gamair Wood 16 mm Thick

11.22 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11.22.1 0.40mm thickness
