Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm+/- 02mm. corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized MS tube of size 19 × 19 mm and 1 mm +/- 0.1 mm wall thickness and 3 nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 8.114.1 Extruded section Profile size 48x40 mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 8.115.1 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm ± 0.2 mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised /plastic brackets of size 75×220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserying galvanised MS tube of size 20×20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of "H" Section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100×24 mm and 2 mm ± 0.2 mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic /galvanised MS "U" cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontaly 6 mm galvanised MS rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (for W.C. and Bathroom door shutter).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. complete. 10.9.1 25 mm thick with 12.5 mm well burnt brick aggregate

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 11.1.2 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 11.4.2 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately): 11.18.1 12 mm thick

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: 12.32.3 Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: 12.32.2 Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.33.3 With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.33.1 With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood ).

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.37.1 New work (two or more coats) including a coat of appropriate steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- 13.30.2 With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead : 14.10.1 Of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 14.11.2 Of sectional area beyond 40 sq cm.
