Direction and Place Identification signs upto 0.9 sqm size board (using jhama brick aggregate in CC / PCC )B)Semi Reflective Traffic Signs Providing and erecting and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters and figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete (using jhama brick aggregate) 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm bellow ground level as per approved drawings and MoRD Technical Specification Clause 1701.

Tack Coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-30 on Bituminous Surface : Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications: On bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg/sqm.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 302.3.
