Complete re-winding of 400/440 volt AC 3 phase vertical submersible motor of different make after taking out of entire burnt copper wire and rewinding the motor with proper gauge of supper enamel insulated copper wire of approved quality, tapping, insulating refitting the same as before including carriage the motor from respective scheme and complete with trial run as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. a) 5HP-12.5HP

b) 12.5 HP-22.5 HP

Labour charge of lifting of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge for lowering & fifting fixing of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block and making necessary electrical connection with main switch / starter with motor in/c. trial run for 10 hrs in two spell complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour charge for dismentalling and overhauling of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submesible pump after taking out shaft etc. including necessary fittings of new & existing submersible materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of different Thermal release range , 415 + V, 50Hz (L & T, BCH, ABB make) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) 80-100 Amps

Supplying & fitting fixing of spare parts for submersible pump 5 HP to 25 HP of approved quality as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Pump bush (Brass make)

Supplying & fitting fixing of submerssible cable (copper) of size upto 12mm of approved quality as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fitting fixing of 5000 GPH capacity & 10 HP, 76 mtr Head minimum 3 star rating water lubricated submersible pump Motor set of maximum 150/200 mm outlet dia with maximum 8 (eight) stages coupled with required water & non over loading submersible Pump & Motor suitable for 340-440 volts, 3Ph, 50 Hz, AC supply and star delta method of starting along with 35 mtr 6.0 sqmm joint less pvc 3 core double length flat cable ( continuous length) of suitable size fitted with submersible motor , suction case, stainer, coupling key, vertical non return valve cum discharge case in/c supplying 10 nos suitable guard with clips & nuts & bolts, 2 (two) pair M.S. clamps in/c installation of submersible pump & motor upto the depth of 100 ft by GI pipe ( conforming to IS:1239 medium class) for column assembly which will be supplied by the agency at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge conforming to terms & conditions of the contract ( Each Pump with motor shall consists of stainless closed type impeller, CI bowl, CI discharge case, Pump shaft (stainless steel), Bush (bronze), Shaft sleeve (Bronze/ Chromium), sand guard widening, motor, stator, counter thrust plate, thrust plate, thrust bearing segment etc conforming to relevant BIS Codes (GI flange, GI column pipe etc will be arranged by the agency & to be paid separtately).
