Supplying and placing of 1st class bricks to protect the ferrule

Making road crossing by horizontal boring for smooth laying of UPVC / CI / DI / GI pipes etc. of required dia complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. B. by manual means

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes of medium class as per IS : 1239 with latest amendment complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Providing and fixing in position precast R.C.C. hydrant post of size 100mm x 100mm size and 1100mm height made with reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and steel reinforcement (TMT bars) 8 mm dia long bars and 8mm dia stirrups, 300 mm shall be kept below, embedding the same with 1100mm x 1100mm x 100mm plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size), 1000mm x 1000mm x 100mm reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), steel steel reinforcement (TMT bars) 8 mm dia long bars including plastering the exposed surface with 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1: cement : 4 sand) finished with coat of neat cement and distempering the hydrant post with water proofing paint & lettering with japan paint & embedding 15mm dia GI pipe (medium class) 1300 mm long with necessary GI fittings like union 2 nos., bend 2 nos., socket 1 no. and fitting fixing PTMT bib cock of 15mm, 90 mm long, weighing not less than 93 gms by welding with GI socket complete with all earth work required as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: i. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer].
