Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: i) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- - RCC work in beams, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases excluding precast spiral staircase. i) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. I) Soluble Salt Stainfree vitrified tiles. i) Size of tile 60x60 cm

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado up to 2 m height over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. i) 8mm thick Rajnagar marble tiles (polished)

Providing and fixing precast chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 6 mm, laid on floors, footpath & courtyard on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete. Light shade pigment using ordinary cement.

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. i) 0.50 mm thickness

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

12 mm cement plaster of mix i) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: i) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Direction and place identification signs with size more than 0.9 sqm sign board. B) Semi Reflective traffic signs. Providing and erecting and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and gray colour on back with reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters and figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 2 nos. 47 mm x 47 mm x 12 SQG square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawings and MoRD Technical Specification Clause 1701.
