WBM- Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density 'Grading 3' as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means

80 mm thick factory made c.c. interlocking paver block of M-35 Grade. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required grey colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per specifications & approval/ direction of the Engineer -in-Charge: (a) 80 mm thick c.c. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern.

Without dewatering. Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and MoRD technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides & bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. I. Ordinary Soil (i) Upto 3 m depth

Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing & MoRD technical specification Clause 305.3.9, 1200. I. Sand filling

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete including formwork as per drawings & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 802, 803, 900, 1202 and 1203. (including centering, shuttering, staging etc. but excluding reinforcement). I. P.C.C grade M 10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete including formwork as per drawings & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 802, 803, 900, 1202 and 1203. (including centering, shuttering, staging etc. but excluding reinforcement). R.C.C grade M 20 (1:1.5:3)

Supplying, fitting & placing Thermo-Mechanically treated bar/ Cold twisted deformed steel bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 1000 & 1202.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation completed excluding pointing & plastering as per drawing & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203. Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 12 mm thick on brickwork/ C.C. work including a finishing coat of neat cement punning with 2.75 kg of cement per sqm in substructure as per MoRD technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (minimum 200 x 300) conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Marble stone in floors over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with of matching shade, including rubbing and polishing complete. 18 mm thick Marble stone Makrana white marble 2nd quality

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Supplying & Planting of foxtail palm (height - 10 ft.) in the divider along with plant protection chemicals that is anti-termite solution, manure & fertilizer, including labour & transportation cost etc.
