Supplying & fitting fixing of B13 (size;- width 450mm x length 1200mm x height 850 mm) fitted with 4 nos support of 75 mmx 75mm (6mm thick) M.S. angle for embedding in 1:2:4 cement concrete base (size 300 mm x 300mmx 600 mm) with proper locking arrangement and coated with anti corrosive paint (both inside and outside ) including necessary provisions for fitting fixing of single phase motor starter unit, main switch, energy meter etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & fitting fixing of single phase motor starter unit (with 2 pole contactor, overload relay, volt meter & amps meter), 32 amps main switch (220 volt ) of Havels/ BCH/L7T make in KIOSK in/c necessary electric wiring and G.I. pipe earthing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge

For 3 Hp Submersible motor

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc, in/c excavation for sockets, & dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1500 mm in/c getting out the excavated soil, & backfilling of soil as required, after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth in/c consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. & disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) In all kinds of soil

A) For UPVC pipes in new work i) For pipes not exceeding 90 mm dia .

Providing, fixing and laying rigid UPVC pipes conforming to IS 4985 jointing with coplers, of same class conforming to IS : 10124(Pt-II) with solvent cement conforming to IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete (but excluding the cost of specials like bend, tees etc. which will be paid separately) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

a) Class - 3 (working pressure 6.0 kg/sqm) i) 40 mm OD

Providing and fitting fixing of brass fullway valve with handle in the GI pipe line including cutting, threading etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

a) 40 mm dia

Providing and fixing G.I Union as per CPWD Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm

Providing and fixing brass ferrule with C.I. cover conforming to IS :2692 in/c boring and tapping the main as per CPWD Specificatio and direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and laying of flexible PVC pipe (conforming to IS:7634) complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer -in-charge (cost of earth work and fitting will be paid separetely)

Providing, fixing and laying fabricated UPVC bend of required degree conforming to IS : 10124 (part 8/9/10/11/12/13) with solvent cement conforming ti IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification & dieection of the Engineer-In-Charge.

i) 40 mm. dia.

Providing and fixing G.I. equal Tee with the pipe line including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

i) 40 X 40 X 40 mm. dia.

Providing & fixing C.I Bib cock (long handle) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position Precast RCC hydrant post of size 200 x 200 mm at the bottom & 150 x 150 mm at the top and 1300 mm high ( made with cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 brick aggregate 1st class 20 mm nominal size) and steel reinforcement ( TMT bars ) 8 mm dia 1200 mm long 4 nos and 8 mm dia stirrup 9 Nos ), 500 mm shall be kept below ground level , embedding the same with in 500 x 500 x 500 mm cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 ( 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 brick aggregate 1st class 40 mm nominal size ) including plastering the exposed surface with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement: 3 sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement ) including providing & embedding 15 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) 1250 mm long with necessary GI fittings like elbow 2 Nos, socket 1 no, nipple 300 mm long 1 no, union 1 no etc. and fitting fixing of CI long handle bib cock by welding with GI socket complete with all earth work required including refilling as per CPWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position Precast RCC platform of size 1100 x 1100 mm x 100 mm with curb of size 50 x 50 mm keeping an opening of 100 mm long in a suitable place for draining out of water ( made with cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 brick aggregate 1st class 20 mm nominal size) and steel reinforcement ( TMT bars ) 8 Nos, 8 mm dia in both direction including plastering the exposed surface with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement: 3 sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement ) complete with all earth work required including refilling as per CPWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GI unequal TEE with a pipeline in/c testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixingGI pipe medium classas per IS : 1239 with latest amendment complete with GI fittings in/c trenching and refilling cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. A) External work

Making road crossing by horizontal boring for smooth laying of UPVC/CI/DI/GI pipes etc. of required dia complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. A) By manual means

Supplying of water storage tank of sintex, Rotex etc. marked at Garu tilla DWS store in/c loading at Agartala and unloading at Garu tilla in/c placing as direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete: i) In cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing GI bend/elbow in the pipeline in/c testing of joint complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. a) 15 mm dia
