Providing and laying Micro-concrete cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. Rate shall not be included with new plywood shuttering board cost and supporting jack system/prob to support the shuttering plate. Micro-concrete for placing in nominal thickness of 25mm to 200mm for concrete repair with Compressive strength (ASTM C109,7cm cube) of 35 MPa at 28 Days. or Equivalent ProductMASTEREMACO S466 (BASF)/ SikaRep Microcrete-4 (SIKA)

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honeycomb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-inCharge. Flexural Strengthening by externally applied Single layer Carbon fiber 200 GSM, Providing & applying carbon Fiber 200 GSM reinforcement system over existing surface with the following applications 1. Application of epoxy primer 2. Application of epoxy adhesive ( Saturant) 3. Application of Carbon fiber 200 GSM One layer as per the direction of engineer-in-charge in accordance with manufacture's specifications including application of laminating roller until the resin is squeezed out between the ravings 4. Application of second coat epoxy adhesive (Saturant) by wet lay method. The rates shall include final application of bond coat with quartz sand sprinkling as to receive the protective plaster or putty.

Providing and applying pre-packed single component polymer modified protective mortar upto 25 mm thick including mechanical mixing, applying layer by layer of thickness not more than 5mm each layer etc. as per the manufactures specification etc. complete including bond coat if required.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Hand patch polymer modified mortar at the ratio 1:3 1 cement: 3 Sand) including mechanical mixing, SBR at the rate of 15% by weight of cement, along with required synthetic fiber 12mm, adding plasticizers as per the manufactures specification etc. complete including bond coat with SBR/cement slurry etc complete

Supply and apply the application of one coat Silane Siloxane modified Deckguard Primer or Sikadur-551-s or MasterSeal 399 / MasterKure 181 or equivalent Primer on concrete surface including Surface preparation by high pressure water jet or manually as approved by the Engineer-in-charge as per technical specification

Supply and apply 200 micron MasterProtect 300 orDeckguard E200 or Sikagaurd-550 or equivalenton concrete surface including Surface preparation by high pressure water jet or manually as approved by the Engineer-in-charge as per technical specification.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcemen 1:1:2 ( 1 Cement: 1 fine sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing RCC Jolly 20mm thick of any Shape/Design Pattern with rich concrete, grade M25 & above including casting and fixing etc. complete.
