Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level i) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brickmasonryworkwith first class bricks in superstructureuptofloor five level ncluding cos of all materials as required complete i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:- i) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, ressumers and cantilevers with shuttering ply

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement i) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineerincharge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) i) For fixed portion of approved quality

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately ) i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (frame work to be paid separately) i) 12 mm thick

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame and adjacent RCC/brick work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality etc. complete as per architectural drawing and direction of the Engineer-in charge:- (i) Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width.

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. of approved quality complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge i) Anodised aluminium of grade AC 15 )

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( SS 304 grade ) adjustable friction window stay of approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws etc. to the side hung windows etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge: 355 x 19 mm

Providing and fixing handrail using structural steel etc. of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete as required: G.I.pipes

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required Ingrating, frames, guardbar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete i) 300x16 mm

Providing, fabricating, transporting, assembling and erection in position of Steel members for steel colunms, built up beams using structural tubular sections (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. confirming to IS 4923 / IS 1161, Yield strength 310 MPa as per latest IS Code) to the required profile & shape as called for as per the drawing & specifications and of approved make including the shear on nectors /studs and fusion weld to top of orizontal member. This item also includes repration of shop drawings and their approval, necessary templates, adequate temporary supports, scaffolding & staging, all cutting, grinding, sliding & all labour tools, plants & equipments & operations etc.required to complete the job as per drawing & specification. Every precaution to be taken to prevent rusting of sections. This item also includes all test on materials & welded fabricated parts as per specification and direction of Engineer- in- Charge. Temporary bolts & nuts ( grade EN 8 ) to be used during assembling & shall be removed before site erection. All site erection bolts shall be HSFG type only. The item to include cost of sand blasting on materials, application of primer and epoxy paint in internal & external in fabrication shop & final painting on site including all touch up works after erection as per technical specification.
