Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing gang saw cut of approved thickness mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing , curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels:- 18 mm thick Rajnagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black marble or equivalent duly approved:- Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing edge moulding to approved thickness marble stone counters, vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels as required as per design approved by the Engineer-in-charge:- 18 mm Marble work.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position : Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer­in­charge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :- For fixed portion of approved quality:- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately ):- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge: With cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and applying cement slurry on old CC / RCC / Brick works in joints to receive new and fresh CC / RCC / Brick works including roughening and cleaning the old surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
