Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth(Ch.4.17)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.(Ch.13.38)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.(Ch.13.52)

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.(Ch.13.35)

Providing and fixing 1st class quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

(i) 450 mm X 300 mm in all shades and design

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete.

Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm+/- 02mm. corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized MS tube of size 19 × 19 mm and 1 mm +/- 0.1 mm wall thickness and 3 nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm ± 0.2 mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised /plastic brackets of size 75×220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserying galvanised MS tube of size 20×20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of "H" Section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100×24 mm and 2 mm ± 0.2 mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic /galvanised MS "U" cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontaly 6 mm galvanised MS rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (for W.C. and Bathroom door shutter).

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :

i) 4.0 mm thick glass panes

Flat Brick soling Providing and laying flat brick soling layer on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and cross-section shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free from clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.

Brick edging laid length wise Providing and laying brick edging laid lengthwise on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and cross section shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free from clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

60 mm thick factory made c.c. interlocking paver block of M-35 Grade Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required grey colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per specifications & approval/ direction of the Engineer -in-Charge: (a)) 60 mm thick c.c. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern.
