Providing , Installation & commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System Outdoor units of AC machines minimum capacity of 10 HP each Top discharge, Modular type only cool, next generation VRF, each outdoor unit comprises of 100% inverter Driven Hermetically sealed Scroll Compressors , air cooled condenser with protective coated fins heat exchangement corrosion fin factory coated propeller type fan with motor , specially designed ODUs with refrigerant cooled heat sink , non stop working at 56 degree C, with R410A or equivalent Refrigerant , working on 3 phase AC range of 380 volt to 420 (±5%)Volt, 50Hz , the outdoor unit should contain error code LED display for ease of operation, auto addressing setting refrigerant cool PCB, Electronic expansion Valve, microprocessor controller, VRF unit should be compatible with AHU/TFA etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of in/c vaccumiazation and Nitogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRF/VRV system, complete with fittings with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, joining/ brazing in/c accessories insulated with XLPE Class O tubular insulation / with Classs O clossed cell elastemetic nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as below for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge 6.4 mm dia (OD) (Hard Drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19 mm thick insulation

Supply & filling of First charge of refrigerant R410 A etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

 Providing & connecting Electric control cables between indoor & outdoor, Machine room Supply point to indoor machine suitable cable for 3phase line in/c Neutral etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing & installation Outdoor structure or CC Pedestal complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Cutting of existing ceiling for laying of refrigerant pipe in different places of the building and repairing the same by gypsum board, aluminium channel etc. in/c painting as same to same of existing ceiling complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Supply of AHU Kit for Connecting of AHU with MRV/VRF Outdoor AC as per design.

Supply & erection of GI Ducting complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- 22G GSS Sheet

Supply & erection of GI Ducting complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- 24G GSS Sheet

Supply & erection of inside Duct acoustic insulation with 10 mm thick (Class -1 Accosound) Nitrale with perforated aluminium sheet complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & erection of Thermal insulation with 13 mm thick Nitrale with aluminum foel complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & erection Canvas connection complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing in/c testing and commissioning (except Installation) of Split type Hi-wall 2.00 TR (6,000 Kcal/ hr.) A.C. Machine with Inverter Compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391 (Part-II) specification (Evaporator & condenser must have copper pipe), suitable for operation on 230 volt +- 10%, not less than 3 (Three) Star rating (2019 Standard), 50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply capable of performing a) Cooling, b) Dehumidifying, c) Air Circulation, d) Filtering, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Standard installation of 1.5 TR/2.00 TR capacity Hi-Wall Split type type Air Conditioner in/c repairing of drilled wall by cement mortar, painting in/c necessary insulation, clamping and warping by white masking tape of copper pipes, and also providing electrical 3 pin 16 amp Top for connection in socket & necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of 5/8'' and 1/4'' diameter or suitable diameter for suction and liquid line in a set and wrapping of copper pipes between indoor and outdoor unit (1.50 TR & 2.00 TR AC) beyond the standard length of pipe as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing hard PVC pipe of good quality of at least 25 mm diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between indoor unit and outdoor unit beyond stand quantity kit. 3C X 2.5 Square mm Copper Cable.
