Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering all work upto plinth level. (1) 1 :3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)

(2) 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete: (i) In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- (i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete. (i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. complete. (i) 40 mm thick with 20 mm well burnt brick aggregate

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement (i) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement (i) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. (i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (i) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank

(ii) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with wooden plank

(iii) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with wooden plank

12 mm cement plaster of mix. (i) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Neat cement punning.

Providing and fixing M.S. round holding down bolts with nuts and wahser plates complete as per standard design.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.- i) Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- (i) Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc.all complete. (i) Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Providing and fixing MS bolts including nuts and washers complete as per standard design:- (i) Upto 300 mm length

Providing and placing of G.I. pipe over the pump house on top portion of the R.C.C. column as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) 150 mm dia

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. (i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: : (i) Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : (i) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] (i) New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : (i) 200 x 10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : i) 125 mm.

Providing & fitting fixing of 5000 GPH capacity & 10 HP, 76 mtr Head minimum 3 star rating water lubricated submerssible pump Motor set of maximum 100 mm outlet dia with maximum 7 (Seven) stages coupled with reqd water & non over loading submerssible Pump & Motor suitable for 340-440 volts, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, AC supply and star delta method of starting along with 35 mtr 6.0 sqmm joint less pvc 3 core double length flat cable (continous length) of suitable size fitted with submerssible motor, suction case, stainer, coupling key, vertical non return valve cum discharge case in/cl supplying 10 nos suitable guard with clips & nuts & bolts, 2(two) pair M S Clamps in/cl installation of submerssible pump & motor upto the depth of 100 ft by GI Pipe (confirming to IS:1239 medium class) for column assembly which will be supplied by the Agency at his own cost as per direction of Eng-in-Charge conforming to terms & condition of the contract (Each Pump with motor shall consists of stainless closed type Impeller, C I Bowl, C I Discharge case, Pump Shaft (Stainless Steel), Bush (bronze), Shaft Sleeve (Bronze/Cromium), Sand Guard widening, motor, stator, Counter Thrust plate, thrust plate, Thrust bearing sagment etc. conforming to relevent BIS Codes. Providing & fitting fixing of pannel board of local teak wood for fitting & fixing of electrical items including 2 nos. MS angle post (Size 50X50X6mm 2.80 Mtr. long) nuts & bolts etc. for errection of the same by 1 : 1.5 : 3 cement concreate casting (1feetX1feetX2feet) below the ground level and painting two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint on primer as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Size 1.80X1.20X0.025 mtr.

Providing & fitting fixing Steel sheet enclosed switch Fuse unit (Suitable for DIN fuse) triple pole with Neutral Link (TPN), 415/500 Volt, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Current range 63 Amps.

Providing & fitting fixing of Fully Automatic Star Delta type Motor startar (3ph, 50 Hz, 415V 25HP/18.7 kw Relay range within 17- 25) in steel sheet enclosure with Conductor , Timer etc. complete suitable for motor pump Havells/L&T/BCH make as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing AC Voltmeter (Moving Iron) on the panel board of approved quality. SMI-144, Range 0-400 to 0-500 No.

Supplying & fitting fixing of 7/16 Copper Wire with all electrical equipments including trial run etc. complete (ISI Marked) on the pannel board of approved quality.

Providing & fabrication of column pipe including fitting fixing of G.I. flange by cutting the GI pipe (conforming to IS : 1239 medium class) into 3.05 mtr. long and welding the same with GI flange as per specification and direction of the Engineer-incharge (G.I. pipe will be provided by the agency at his own cost & risk). i. For 80 mm dia GI pipe with 10 mm thick GI flange

Providing earthing with perforated 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (Medium class) ( 12 mm dia perforation), laying of 4 mm dia GI wire from earth electrode to panel, including excavating hole of 600 mm dia and refilling with Salt and Charcoal / coke in alternate layers of 300 mm , as per standard specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ii. for 3-phase connection with 4.00 mtr.
