Providing, Installation and Commissioning of lift for 20 (twenty) persons (1360 kg) capacity Stretcher-Passenger lift up to G+3 level. General requirement:- i.Types of Lift:- Stretcher-Passenger lift. ii. Load/ Speed: 20 (twenty) persons (1360 kg) /1.00 Mtr. per second. iii. No of floor- 4 (Ground + 03 Upper Floors, iv.No. of opening- 0,1,2,3, simplex automatic operation (gearless) with/without attendant. v) Car Travel: 9900 mm Drive- ACVVVF-Closed Loop, gearless, variable voltage variable frequency drive, Electric Supply-AC 3 Phase, 50 Cycles,415 Volts +-10%. Construction, Design and finish of the car- Directly above the lift Well-Gearless, Stainless steel ACO, SS hairline suspended ceiling with square light, IRS, SS handrail on rear side. Operation of lift:- a) Operation of lift- Simplex collective selective with/ without attendant, b) Provision for locking control in automatic or attendant position, c) Provision of over load and audio visual indicator, d) Provision for call register signal and VVVF Door Opeator, e) Provision of Battery operated emergency light for 30 min backup and Alarm Bell, f) Infra red screen electric operation door enclose, g) 3 Way Intercom connection to telephone exchange (1+2), h) Fireman switch, i) Provision for PVC floor, j) Automatic Rescue Device and also with Mechanical rescue device (mannualy rescue in case of ARD failure) k) Provision of dot matrix display in car in all landings, l) Stainless steel Braille button with S.S. cover. m) Floor Announcement with Music. n) Pit Ladder, m). Scaffolding for fitting fixing, o) SS Handrail, p) Minor Building work (MS structure or Concrete structure at Pit of the lift well for installation of buffer spring of lift, q) Full Car Operating pannel, r) False ceiling in Car, s) Free Service for 01(One) year including repair or replacement of all defective parts if any. t) necessary all holes at entrance door of lift as per ncessary for elctrical & other swiches etc. u) Cleaning of Pit etc. v) provision for physically handicapped. w) Automatic Phase reversal device. Indicated sizes for the lift:-Available hoist way size- (i) 2430(W)mm X 2900(D)mm, Pit Depth- 1600mm, Car Travel: 9900 mm, Lift Car Inside Size- 1300 (W)mm X 2400 (D) mm X2200 (H)mm, Entrance-1200(W)mm X 2000(H)mm,Lintel-2200 mm (Depends as per manufacturer design).

Providing fitting fixing of Lighting arrangement with protective measure in/c providing single phase main MCB point at Machine room, 3 pin socket & light point with swich in each floor & pit of the Lift shaft and the Electrical wiring should be provided with earthing through PVC casing or pipe etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).
