Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : i) Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick shutters for cupboard etc : i) Panelled or panelled & glazed shutters : a) Local teak wood including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing & fixing super latex-302(SBR based) water proofing expert(dr. Fixit) on R.C.C. slab with 3(three) component by mixing super latex, water & cement at 1 : 4 : 7 or as per Manufacturer recomandation in/c cleaning the roof surface with wire brush & with clean water before application & curing the chemicals by sprinkling water for 3-5 days after application of water proofing components complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge and technical recommendation of the manufacturer

Grading roof for water proofing treatment complete as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with ; i) Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm normal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering – All work upto plinth level : 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete : a) In cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand )

12 mm cement plaster of mix (1) in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0 mm +/- 02 mm. Corners of the doorframe to be jointed with alvanized brackets and stainless screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by alvanized MS tube of size 19 x 199 mm and 1 mm +/- 0.1 mm wall thickness and 3 nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufactures specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge. 1) Extruded section Profile size 48 x 40 mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames. a) 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59 x 24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm+ 0.2 mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserying galvanised MS tube of size 20 x 20 mm and 1 mm + 0.1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of “H” Section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100 x 24 mm and 2 mm +0.2 mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised MS “U” cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm +0.1 wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by insering horizontally 6 mm galvanised MS rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (for W.C. and Bathroom door shutter).

Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622-2017 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A) Soluble Salt Stainfree vitrified tiles(Glossy). I) Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride(CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass theaded fittings. This includes joints of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. I) External work a) 25 mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fitting and the base support for tank

Painting work with synthetic enamel paint (one or more coats) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an ever shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an ever shade (Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacture) A) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint(primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) including preparation of Surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture (Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacture) ; A) New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper(ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade(Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacture) : a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work (one or more coats), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge
