Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

ii) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40mm nominal size)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- (i) In cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for : a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with timber planks

b) lintels, beams, plinth beam, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with wooden plank

Reinformcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. i) Thermo-Mechanically, Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15º landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five levelexculding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and renforcement. i) 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 fine sand: 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure up to flor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- (i) In cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622-2017 of approved make in colours such as White, lvory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, Laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engneer in-charge. Mat Finish Tiles/Anti-skid Tiles/Glossy Tiles 300mmx300mm in all shades and designs.

12mm cement plaster of mix I) In cement mortar 1:4(1Cement : 4 fine sand).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall. a) 25mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

b) 15mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : a) 15mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality : i) 15mm nominal bore.

Providing & fittings fixing of C.P brass hand spray (Royal made ) as per direction of the Engg. In charge.

Neat cement punning.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work (one or more coats) to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.41.1 New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm).

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint (one or more coats) of required colour of approval brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. fulushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : A) W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water, soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 4 kg /cm2) conforming to IS: 13592 Type a including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion : a) Single sockted pipe-110mm OD.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised -PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water, soil, wast & vent pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion: (i) Bend 87.5° a)110mm

(ii) Coupler 110mm.

(iii) Single equal tee without door 110x110x110mm.

(iv) Single equal tee with door a) 110x110x110mm.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance ±1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm+/-02mm, corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanied MS tube of size 19x19mm and 1mm +/- 0.1mm wall thickness and 3 nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frme complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Extruded section Profile size 48x40mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames, 24mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of szie 59x24mm and wall thickness 2mm±0.2mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized / plastic brackets of size 75x220mm having wall thickness 1.0mm and stainless steel scres. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserying galvanised MS tube of size 20x20mm and 1mm±0.1mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of "H" Section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100x24mm and 2mm±0.2mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised MS "U" cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620mm, having overall thickness of 20mm and 1mm±0.1mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontaly 6mm galvanised MS rod and fastended with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engg. in charge. (for W.C. and Bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China wash basin size 630x450mm with a pair of 15mm C.P. brass pillar raps.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device(handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete. 10 litre capapcity-White

Providing and fixing to the mouth of rain water pipe PTMT grating with thickness of 8mm and weighing not less than 100gm, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, 100mm

Providing and fixing 25mm x 1.40mm clips made out of aluminium strip of approved design to unplasticised-PVC rain water pipes by means of Plastic Wall Plugs fitted in the brick work / R.C.C. work by drilling with the help of mechaine and screwed with M.S. screws of required length and making good the wall etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 110mm

Making hole upto 20x20cm and embedding pipe upto 150mm diameter in masonry and filling ith cememnt conerete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 corarse sand :6 gradad stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including disposal of malba.

Constructing soak pit 1.20x1.20x1.20m filled with brickbats including S.W. drain pipe 100mm diameter and 1.20m long complete as per standard design.
