Supply & installation of pre painted Galvalume sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-incharge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold rolled steel coated with Znic-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A 792/A782M, ASTM A90/A90M, ASTM AS 1937, ASTM A924/A92M, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ100, colour coated with high quality polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required .0.80mm thickness

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint complete.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. complete. 10.5.1 40mm thick

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing plain Multipurpose Cement board (High Pressure steam cured) as per IS : 14862 : 2000 with suitable screws for fibre cement board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) : 6 mm thick cement board

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately ):- Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powdercoating of 50 micron ).

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- 16.3.1 With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not lessthan 10.0 kg / sqm )

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work ( two or more coats ), over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood ).

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel , galvanised iron / steel work (2nd coat ).

Finishing with epoxy paint ( two or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification on new work including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete.
