Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto Plinth level. i)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete. i)In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of Foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by Ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.-All kinds of soil.

Neat cement punning

Providing and laying ceramic floor tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1stquality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume RedBrown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with whitecement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precast chequered cement concrete tiles 18 mm thick, laid in footpath & courtyard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing and cleaning complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.)trusses Etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. i)Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door withframe of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats withbolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concreteof required grade for fixing in position, all necessaryfittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- (a) Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer usingsteel etc. complete as required:- (a) In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever require (1) 0.50mm thickness

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by theManufacturer]Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 301.5.
