Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for these Eligibility requirements are: - 2 Years (experience) - 10% (past performance) Additionally, other eligibility requirements mentioned include: - Minimum guarantee for maintaining output peak watt capacity: >= 90% at the end of 10 years and >= 80% at the end of 25 years. - Compliance to wind velocity test for the Mounting structure of PV System: as per IS 875:1987 part 3 latest. - Regional wind withstand capacity which the Mounting structure of PV system support is suitable to withstand: 180 Km/Hour. - Ingress protection rating of inverter: IP 65 (for outdoor use). - Overall Efficiency of inverter: >93%. - Operating temperature range: -25 to +60 deg. C. - The bidder should be registered with the Competent Authority if they are from a country that shares a land border with India. - OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after-sales service support in India. - The bidder should comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender, including the option clause. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - ISI Marked Connecting cables according to Inverter rating for each system - Conformity to IS:694:2010 latest for cables - Conformity to IS:2062:2011 latest for Structural Steel - Conformity to IS:60947 part I, II, and III for switches and circuit breakers - Approval from Government of India/State Government authority concerned for connecting to Grid for Net meter.
