Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on new work

Add Cost Index @ 53.27% on DSR 2023 (from S.N. 01 to 05)

Lettering with white synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing & Fixing of G.I. Barbed wire conforming to IS 278-1978 having weight not less than 108gm/metre and not more than 125 gm/metre dully dipped in anti -corrosive bitumastic paint(45 micron AV. thickness) to fencing post, struts and tightening up with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge at every length post with tightening bolt including fixing of 'U' Clips, GI staples to posts as per directions of Engineers in charge.

Providing, laying & fixing of galvanized punched tape concertina coil completely painted with anticorrosive bitumastic paint by dipping, having galvanized spring core wire 2.5 mm dia, cold drwan steel, galvanized punched tape of low carbon steel having series of sharp barb uniformly punched along its length 550 nos. of barbs on periphery per revolution crimped on steel spring core wire, galvanized clips, G.I. steel wire handles hooked to coil for handling M.S. square bars, spike hooked with coil having pointed face for anchorage, 1050 mm dia of coil when closed of weight 15.20 kg each coil including spreading uniformly of each coil in 10 metres length, adequately tied to the existing G.I. barbed wire fencing with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge at every 1000mm spacing , tying of handles of succeeding coil with proceeding coil with GI wire not less than 16 gauge, proper anchoring of spikes at start and end of coil with CC block of size 200x200x200 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with provision of anchoring of concertina coil spike as per detailed specifications, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling punched tape concertina coil in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling welded spikes plates for replacement of barbed wire & re-assembling/ refixing the same with three nos 10 mm dia 50 mm long M.S. bolts, nuts & washers of thickness 1.25 mm in each flat complete. (Cost of nuts, bolts & washers to be paid separately). Payment to be made per piece of spikes plates fitted.

Credited to Govt by dismantling and taking away the GI barbed wire (in two rows) from existing two rows fencing fixed with angle iron posts at average spacing of 2.0 m as per standard drawing including dismantalling tightening bolts , hooks , GI staples and diagonal barbed wire safty without damage to steel section or alignment of existing angle iron post, collecting all the dismntled barbed wires, fittings and fixtures at identified places , removing all such dimantled materials from the site , clearing and cleaning the site from all dismantled materials and small pieces all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(Measurement will be taken by per meter length of fence)

Credited to Govt by dismantling and taking away the existing concertina coil in B S fencing including untieing of GI wires from barbed wire and taking out spikes for CC blocks, rolling of coils and stacking of materials as per direction of engineer in charge (Galvanized punched tope concertina coil ( approx weight 12 kg / coil ) will be handed over to contractor by each no. of coil)
